At Pet Me, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Here's everything you need to know about our returns and refunds.
General Return Policy — 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return window on most of our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Exception: Cat Litter Boxes — 15 Days
Due to hygiene reasons, Cat Litter Boxes have a shorter return window of 15 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at our Contact page within the applicable return window
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with return instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it quickly.
